📦 Shipping Policy

All orders are fully insured and come with tracking for peace of mind.

Personalized Orders:

Please allow 15 to 31 business days total — including 7 to 10 business days for production and 14 to 21 business days for delivery.

Non-Personalized Orders:

Typically ship within 15 to 24 business days — including 1 to 3 days for fulfillment and 14 to 21 days for delivery.

If there are any production delays, we’ll adjust the delivery timeframe accordingly to ensure your order is made with care and accuracy. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

⏱ When will I receive my order?

Personalized orders: 15–31 business days (7–10 for production + 14–21 for delivery).

Non-personalized orders: 15–24 business days (1–3 for fulfillment + 14–21 for delivery).

We’ll always do our best to keep you updated if anything changes!

🔁 Return Policy

You have 100 days from delivery to return or exchange your item.

Please note: Personalized items and earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

We also offer a 2-year quality replacement guarantee on all items.

💧Will my item tarnish or fade?

Absolutely not!
We use only the highest standards of plating. Every piece is-extra durable and water-resistant, meaning no tarnishing, no fading, and no green necks — ever.

✏️ Can I change my order?

If you placed a custom jewelry order, you can make changes within 24 hours of placing it.

Email us right away at hello@luckybearco.com. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and changes may not be possible.

🎁 I received a surprise gift—can you tell me who sent it?

Due to our Privacy Protection Policy, we can’t share the sender’s identity without their permission.

However, we’re happy to reach out to the sender and let them know you're curious! If they give us the green light, we may be able to help.
